  • Registration Fee/ Form for the congress
  1. Sub-Committees that will serve at the congress
  2. Reasons for organizing the Congress, set goals
  3. Report Progress report to the AYM NENC Executive from time to time

 

 

 

SENIOR YOUTH SUB-COMITEES

CONGRESS CAMP COMMANDANT

  • Commanding officer of the camp
  • Ensure all sub-committees on camp are doing their duties effectively
  • Coordinate and execute the planned congress programme
  • Prepare a detail report of the ENTIRE Congress from date of arrival to date of departure and hand over to the Congress CPC before departure
  • Ensures that every program is conducted at the right time
  • Ensure the discipline and administration of the camp

  • Secure Venue
  • Make arrangement for local security
  • Make all necessary contacts

ACOMODATION

  • Liaise with LOC to ensure every registered camper is accommodated
  • allocate rooms and matrasses to campers
  • Make hotel or external arrangement for resource personnel
  • Work with Logistics to ensure all rooms have light and toilets
  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Commandant from time to time

  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Congress Commandant from time to time

  • Ensure every camper is properly registered
  • ensure all resource personnel are contacted

  • prepare a full daily report of activities of the entire camp
  • do all internal correspondences with the approval of the CPC
  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Congress Commandant from time to time

  • coordinate all transportation related issues related to the camp

  • Convey Public address systems and electrical materials from the conference to the camp site and back
  • Convey canopy/tent, mattrasses (where necessary) from the conference to camp site and back.
  • Document all items collected from Jos to camp site and ensure all are returned in good order.
  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Congress Commandant from time to time

  • Being in charge of electrical & lighting (in the halls, hostels and camp ground)

  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Congress Commandant from time to time

  1. Being in charge of all Multi Media devices (Power Point Presentations, Projectors, Laptops etc)
  2. Produce an official Pictorial and Video documentation of the Congress

  4. Produce daily news update as regards the programme on social media and JAM
  5. Produce a Video Recording of all Activities
  6. Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Congress Commandant from time to time

  4. Mufty Wears –           any other period outside the first 3 codes
